Life at B&L

It all started on a London rooftop in 2011; four schoolmates came up with the simplest of ideas - a restaurant where the focus was just two ingredients – burger and lobster – done really well. 

From that first-ever Burger & Lobster, born in a small Irish pub in Mayfair, it’s fair to say we’ve grown – with nine restaurants located across London, as well as in New York, Bangkok, Malaysia, Kuwait, and Singapore. Food innovation and staff education are what makes us tick. And our utter obsession with all things burgers and lobsters makes it easy.


With a heart for provenance and the drive to continually source only the highest quality ingredients around, whether that’s our food or team members, our recipe is simple: source the best, treat it with respect and have a great time along the way.
